Abstract Guidelines

Authors should submit their summary as a Word file (or equivalent) by e-mail. The following instructions should be carefully followed:

The abstract should be between 300-500 words long and should clearly state the objectives and main findings of the work carried out. If necessary a maximum of one graph or one table can be included however the submitted text should not exceed two pages. This applies for both oral and poster presentations and authors should indicate their preference between the two when submitting.

The abstract must include:
 

  • The TITLE OF THE PAPER centered.
  • AUTHORS centered and separated from the title by two lines. The presenting author (poster or oral) should be indicated with an asterisk and will be considered as the contact person regarding the work submitted.
  • Author AFFILIATIONS centered and separated from the author list by two lines
  • The ABSTRACT starting 3 lines after the affiliations, headed by with abstract, centered.
  • KEYWORDS (max 5)

All text can be typed single spaced. Times New Roman (or equivalent font), can be used.


Please complete the "Abstract Submission Form" which can be downloaded as *.doc or *.pdf and send it with your abstract by email to: amrs2012@hcmr.gr.
